Canzano: Jeremy Lin’s unlikely story should offer Trail Blazers a lesson | OregonLive.com

my home town portland and I have followed the blazers since “DAY-1″…we don’t have a general mgr and have mad alot of bad decisions when it comes to players….We had Moses Malone as a backup to Bill Walton….his contract was only $400,000 but we got rid of him…1 1/2 yr later Walton was done and Malone went on to a “hall of fame” career. We also passed on Michael Jordon to take Sam Bowie…..the Blazers said we needed a “BigMan” but the only problem with that thinking is that Bowie’s last two years at Kentucky he didn’t play because of leg injuries and of course we took Oden, who by the way has one leg shorter than the other and is injury prone——we took him and passed on Kevin Durant…..and now Nate Mcmillan keeps playing felton and keeps trying to use Jamal Crawford as point guard instead of trying to develope Nolan—-Makes me scream at the tv watching this pinheads….oh well—-
